Frame not included
Please allow up to one month from the date the order was placed for the painting to be fully completed and shipped. Paintings are often done well within that time frame but better safe than sorry.
Paintings are shipped in a bend-proof mailing envelope. Any damage done to the painting/package after being shipped is out of our control and will not be compensated. There have been no issues with our packaging methods to date so we see no reason to expect any future issues either.
Due to the custom nature of this product, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
