What can you expect when working with AMD?

Let’s talk about what working with Alexa looks like.

The Process

Congratulations! You’ve decided you want to invest in custom designs for your special event, brand, or something uniquely you. What now?

Step 1 - Let’s get started

Contact me using my website inquiry form! Once you are in my inbox and on my radar, I will send a follow-up email with a Client Intake Form to collect all details of the project you have in mind.

Step 2 - the fine print

After reviewing your intake form and following up with any clarifying questions, I will send you my contract to sign as well as a detailed estimate breaking down the pricing of each design element. Once those are signed and accepted, we can start our journey together!

Step 3 - planning call & sketching

In my client intake form, I ask all potential clients to share a inspiration (mood board, Pinterest board, etc.) so I can get a feel for your vision. During this step, we will schedule a call to really dive into the details. From there, I will send you a sketch of your project with possible color palettes and prints (stationery suite, signage, etc.)

Step 4 - painting, digitizing, and designing

I will get busy working on your design elements! I will use the sketches we reviewed together to draw and paint your custom motifs, illustrations, and artwork to then digitize and create your designs with! This phase includes unlimited rounds of revisions to ensure that you are 100% happy with your product before sending things to print.

Step 5 - printing, assembly, shipping

Once I have your approval on final designs, I will send all necessary elements to print with my vendors I have used for years and trust to do an excellent job. From there, if we’ve agreed that I will assemble things for you, I will do so before putting them in the mail to either you or straight to your guests!
